Prices and Availabilty

The two beachfront villas have three bathrooms andSite plan 2010 three bedrooms and are identical.  The back three buildings are scheduled to have smaller two bedroom units.  The front two beachfront villas are 649K each, which is less expensive than most of the upscale quality homes on prime beachfront on Roatan. Also half ownership will be offered at 300K, with the opportunity to use IRA money and a rock bottom lease for the winter months from the owner. Association dues of approximately $150/month will be assessed to provide for security, pool maintenance, and dock insurance, and a small repair fund.
